About The Author

Hi, I’m Pranav Mishra.

 

Many people know me as Ask Pranav.

 

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with founders launching and growing D2C brands in India. My favourite stage has always been the beginning—the phase where founders are ambitious, excited, and full of questions.

 

While many investors, incubators, consultants, and agencies help brands go from ₹10 crore to ₹100 crore, far fewer people focus on helping founders go from ₹0 to their first customers, first sales, and first signs of traction.

 

That’s the stage I enjoy the most.

 

In 2025 alone, I managed more than ₹1 crore in advertising spend while working directly on branding, e-commerce, Shopify, Meta Ads, customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth.

 

During that time, I realised something important: Knowledge is only useful when it is shared.

After years of answering the same questions around products, branding, websites, ads, profitability, retention, and scaling, I decided to put those answers into one place.
